Program yoUr Future, San Francisco Bay Area:
Program yoUr Future (PUF) is a non-profit outreach program that aims to raise greater awareness for women in technology by complimenting San Francsico Bay Area middle school girls’ education with programming basics using AppInventor and Scratch, networking skills, and field trips to local museums or tech companies. We provide Saturday workshops and summer camps to introduce girls in 7th or 8th grade to computing, information technology, and careers in IT. Programs are hosted in high-tech and top research sites, including the International Computer Science Institute and the University of California Berkeley.

Tech Programs for Middle School Girls:

Our primary goal is to empower young girls to aspire for technical careers as well as to promote diversity in Computer Science through familiarity with the usage of computers, programming instruction, STEM seminars, field trips and hands-on activities, workshops, and technical summer camp!

This program serves to expand the world's reach of introducing girls and young women to computing, information technology, and careers in IT at an earlier age, so that as they enter high school, they know how to create a path to an IT major or future career. Through hands-on activities, presentations, and behind-the-scenes field trips, students discover the world of IT and Computing.

The mission of the PUF organization is to support education and career awareness in the fields of high technology. This nationally and internationally acclaimed career exploration and programming program offers middle school girls a life changing experience. Activities are exciting, engaging, and enlightening.

Our programs in high-tech and top research sites, including the International Computer Science Institute and the University of California Berkeley. All of our campuses will be located at walking-distance from a BART station. Volunteers will wait for students at BART who would like to be walked from BART to the location.

Summer Math Camp
Courses / Programs
Classic Math School is a nonprofit organization located in Fremont, Alameda County CA. We offer a Summer Math Camp which is an extension of the Classic Math School Program (designed for promoting Math study among school children in the response to broadening concerns regarding the situation with math education).

Our Fremont location serves East Bay, Milpitas, and east San Jose. We are also providing our summer math camp at our Palo Alto location, Santa Clara County which serves Peninsula and South Bay. Our mission is to create a system of Math Education parallel and supplementary to the public education.

Primarily we target mathematically gifted children who will thrive in the challenging learning environment; however, we have several options for children of all ages and abilities, who will definitely benefit from the small class setting and systematic approach to Math.
* Summer Math Camp (all ages):
We have created a unique well-balanced Math-centered curriculum in our summer math camps which include:

- Half Day Camp (8:30 am - 1:30 pm)
- Optional Afternoon Extension (1:30 pm - 4:30 pm)
- Full Day Program (8.30 am - 4.30 pm)

Wizbots Robotics, Bay Area Year-Round & Summer Camps & Online

** For Summer 2020 in response to COVID-19, Wizbots has closed its in-person camps and is offering live, online classes through its WizAcademy.  

WizAcademy offers engaging and fun online courses with live, passionate mentors. Our wide variety of subjects are designed to spark curiosity, deepen knowledge, develop a creative problem-solving mindset and foster a love of learning. We offer week-long classes throughout the summer.

Wizbots combines LEGO® robotics, Java coding, and lots of imagination to provide a unique STEM learning experience for kids (ages 8-14) in the San Francisco Bay Area.

With no prerequisites, Wizbots is the perfect opportunity for novices to first learn about robotics, yet it's self-paced format also acts to further the skills of those who already have experience.

Using LEGO® MINDSTORMS® and Java, your child will journey from Novice towards Master in our project-based, gamified curriculum. By tackling new projects, challenging creativity, and exercising problem-solving, campers learn engineering, programming, math, and physics in a hands-on, collaborative way.

Courses / Programs
In our 20th year, TechKnowHow offers a variety of computer and Robotics courses throughout the San Francisco Bay Area (Burlingame, Concord, Cupertino, Foster City, Fremont, Livermore, Palo Alto, Pleasanton, San Francisco, San Jose, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, CA).

TechKnowHow started providing afterschool computer classes to students in 1994. We have been offering summer computer camps since 1996, as well offering classes for GATE students and enrichment programs. Each year, we design new classes for the summer and perfect them throughout the school year. We continue to add classes and locations each year, thanks to the positive results we receive from campers and parents each summer.
Fun and Educational Summer Technology Classes For Students Ages 5 - 14. Robotics, Computer Game Design, Construction Using LEGO Bricks & Motors.
