Wizbots Robotics, Bay Area Year-Round & Summer Camps:
At Wizbots, our aim is to inspire kids in the pursuit of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math). Our Robotics & Coding Camps revolve around robotics so as to instantly engage and provide campers with a fun, applied way to learn Java programming and creative problem-solving. Perfect for both novices and advanced campers, they all learn coding, engineering, and design in a hands-on, collaborative environment. Campers journey through our extensive, gamified curriculum at their own pace, tackling new project challenges with each move and earning bands of recognition with each promotion. The journey is deep, so campers can join us week after week and always learn something new. And, parents get to experience all the fun too as their child's project videos are posted online to see and share! All camps are led by experienced Mentors with a passion for education and a deep sense of play and fun. Girls and boys, alike, find Wizbots instantly engaging, social, and fun!

After School

Each season, students attend Wizbots after school Robotics Lab once a week, for 90 minutes at a time. You can find our after school Robotics Lab at schools all around the San Francisco Bay Area. We welcome all students in grades 3-8.

Summer Camps
Wizbots Summer Camps are offered at locations in: Burlingame, Cupertino, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Carlos, San Jose, Sunnyvale, and Union City. We offer half day, full day, and extended care options throughout the summer. Our camps are led by experienced staff that lead our year-round after school programs, and all campers ages 8-14 (entering grades 3-8 in the fall) are welcome.

New and returning campers either start or continue on their journey through our unique, year-round curriculum - our "Path to Mastery."  Week to week, campers are always doing something new to move forward and engage their inventive minds.

Encourage Your Child's Innovation and Creativity:

Like any high quality robotics program for kids, we provide programming tools, motors, sensors, and technical building components (e.g. gears, pulleys, beams etc). However, Wizbots is all about fostering creativity and innovation, and is fundamentally a design program.

In our view, learning the creative problem-solving skills involved in design are more valuable than learning how to make a motor spin. With this in mind, we provide a much wider range of building materials to work with, more creative freedom, and a diversity of projects and activities, to continuously engage and expand the interests and imagination of the kids.

Parent Testimonials:

"Thank you for introducing your Lab to our kids this year. The success for the kids was clearly evident in both their creativity, thought analysis, enjoyment and project output. Working with robotics as they did melded math, engineering, project management and arts into a neat package that demonstrated clearly to the kids the importance of their school learning - they will have learned skills that they can carry for a lifetime."
- Steve, 5th grade parent

"The instructors were very much involved and willing to show alot of new ideas. Great energy! Alot to choose from and specific goals for each day and for the children to look foward to the next day. Loved the program. We have let alot of people know about Wizbots!"
- Helaine, 6th grade parent

"I loved the infectious enthusiasm in the staff and kids. The science-y creativity of it. Ben loved camp. Totally enthused and eager to sign up again. It's great that they are encouraged to create something with unfamiliar kids, requires interpersonal skills too."
- Teresa, 3rd grade parent

"Opportunity for open-ended creativity - how refreshing: intellectual stimulation, creative excitement. Teachers provided what looked like guidance without over-direction. Fun, cool, easy-to-get-into subject."
