Webster University Thailand:
Webster University Thailand is an American accredited university and part of a global network of International campuses, spanning America, England, Austria, Switzerland, China, and Thailand to name but a few. The main campus is located centrally, in a rural setting, between the coastal towns of Cha-Am and Hua Hin on the Gulf of Thailand. It is approximately a 180 km drive, or 2 hours, from the capital city of Bangkok. We offer a range of American accredited courses in undergraduate and graduate programs from Media, Business, Psychology and International Relations. We also offer a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. The University also adheres to stringent guidelines set by the Ministry of Education for Thailand, and therefore can offer you the best of all worlds.

BA in Management Degree Program:
The management provides an interdisciplinary and holistic approach to developing skills and knowledge in decision making, problem solving and leadership. The curriculum includes a foundation in business, accounting, economics, business communications and management theory and focuses on analysis and decision making across a wide spectrum of management activities. The major prepares students for a variety of management-related careers.
BA Management with an Emphasis in International Business Degree Program:
The major in International Business prepares students with the requisite knowledge and skills for professional success in the global business environment. It provides a foundation in the principles of business, marketing and accounting with an in-depth focus on global business. The curriculum covers Global competitive strategies, management and issues related to international law, marketing, finance and International Trade and Finance. Students are prepared for career opportunities in both private and public economic sectors, including domestic and global corporations; federal, state and local governments; and not-for-profit, nongovernmental and intergovernmental domestic and international organizations and institutions.
BA Management with an Emphasis in Marketing Degree Program:
The marketing major prepares students with the marketing skills and business acumen necessary for professional and personal success in today's global business environment. The curriculum provides a balanced course of study that exposes students to a common body of knowledge and leads them to understand marketing processes and situations, think independently, communicate effectively and appreciate their own and other cultures. Students with a major in marketing will be well-positioned to enter a broad spectrum of marketing positions in private and public corporations, marketing agencies or entrepreneurial endeavors.
BS in Business Administration Degree Program:
The business administration curriculum provides the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in business and management. It includes studies in accounting, business law , economics, finance , investments, business policy and operations management, ethics and social responsibility, human resource management and labor relations, international business, organizational behavior, marketing and statistical analysis. A major in business administration prepares graduates for careers in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and the public sector.
BA in Media Communications Degree Program:
The B.A. in Media Communications enables students to become familiar with several areas within the communications curriculum. Students may devise a concentration in the theory and history of media, or may combine work in two or more media courses (for example, Journalism and Photography, or Advertising and Public Relations).
BA in Advertising and Marketing Communications Degree Program:
Students majoring in advertising and marketing communications gain an understanding of all the marketing communications tools available to promote a business or organization's goods and services, including: newspaper, magazine, collateral, radio, television, place-based, and direct advertising; public relations and publicity; and trade and consumer promotions and shows. Students learn all phases of the marketing communications process through hands-on experience in planning, budgeting, creative strategy development, copywriting, media planning, research, and production of single pieces and complete integrated campaigns.
BA in Psychology Degree Program:
Courses in psychology (PSYC) are designed to provide the student with an understanding of the complexity and diversity of human behavior and the context for understanding the behavior of the individual.
- Biological and Evolutionary Perspectives: The roles of biological processes, structures, and inherited tendencies in explaining human behavior.
- Clinical and Counseling Perspectives: The diagnosis and treatment of mental, behavioral disorders, and adjustment problems.
- Lifespan Development Perspectives: Examination of how individuals grow, develop, and change throughout the lifespan.
- Learning and Cognitive Perspectives: Examination of the mental processes and environmental situations that underlie, shape, and control behavior.
BA in International Relations Degree Program:
There is a study residency requirement of at least one term (eight weeks) outside the United States or an international relations practicum in the United States. To satisfy the residency, students may study at one of Webster University's international campuses or at an approved alternative location. Students unable to study outside the United States must take the international relations practicum (3-6 credit hours), which does not apply to the 36 total credit hours. Students are required to have significant international language experience. This requirement can be met by taking 12 sequential credit hours in an international language or by passing an advanced-level proficiency examination. This requirement will be waived for students whose native language is not English and who are studying in English. Their mastery of English as a second language fulfills the requirement. There is a required minimum distribution of coursework as well as the above requirements.
