The California College of the Arts is an internationally respected institution, attracting students and faculty from around the world. It offers students a diverse range of creative degree programs. CCA has two campuses in San Francisco and Oakland. The San Francisco Campus is located in the Potrero Hill neighborhood. The San Francisco campus is home to the college's graduate programs, undergraduate programs in architecture and design, and the CCA Wattis Institute. The historic four-acre Oakland campus is home to the college's undergraduate programs in art. First-year studios, residence halls, and the Center for Art and Public Life are also located here.

Directions to the San Francisco Campus
The San Francisco campus is located at 1111 Eighth Street, between Hooper and Irwin.

By Car
-By Car from the East Bay. Cross the Bay Bridge. Take the Ninth Street exit, turn left on Eighth, and get into the lane second from the left. Turn left on Brannan, right on Seventh, right on Irwin, and right on Eighth.
-By Car from the Peninsula/South. Take Highway 101 north. Exit at Vermont Street and turn right on Sixteenth, then left on Wisconsin.
-By Car from Marin/North. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge. Take the Lombard Street exit, turn right on Van Ness Avenue, cross Market, and continue on South Van Ness. Turn left on Sixteenth and left again on Wisconsin.

By BART. Exit at Embarcadero station. Walk one block to First Street, turn left, and walk another block to the Muni bus stop (in front of the Transbay Terminal). Take bus 10 to Sixteenth and Rhode Island, and walk three blocks to Sixteenth and Wisconsin. Or exit at Civic Center station (Eighth and Market Streets). Take Muni bus 19 south to Sixteenth and Rhode Island. Walk three blocks east to Sixteenth and Wisconsin, and turn left on Wisconsin. Also, exit Sixteenth Street station (Sixteenth and Mission). Take Muni bus 22 east to Seventeenth and Wisconsin, and walk one block north to Sixteenth and Wisconsin.

The Oakland campus is located at 5212 Broadway, at the intersection of Broadway and College Avenue.

-By Car from San Francisco/West. Cross the Bay Bridge. Take I-580 to Highway 24 east. Exit at Broadway, turn right, and proceed south.
-By Car From Marin/North. Cross the Richmond–San Rafael Bridge. Take I-580 east to Highway 24 east, exit at Broadway, turn right, and proceed south.
-By Car from Walnut Creek/East. Take Highway 24 west, exit at Broadway, and proceed south.
-By Car from San Jose/South. Take I-880 north to the junction of I-980 to Highway 24 (Walnut Creek). Take Highway 24 east, exit at Broadway, turn right, and proceed south.

Tiffany’s Dance Academy South San Francisco

Conveniently located just off the Junipero Serra Freeway, Tiffany’s Dance Academy South San Francisco offers dance classes for students from the age of 2 all the way up to adult, in the styles of tap, jazz, ballet and hip-hop. Our classes take place Monday to Thursday afternoons, with a full Saturday program also in place. In addition to recreational classes, TDA of South San Francisco has a a performing company with groups that compete in the area, and partake in additional community performances in the South San Francisco and San Bruno areas.

TDA's goal is to provide professional, fun training in all the disciplines of dance. The staff here at TDA consists of professionally trained teachers, most of whom hold 4-year degrees in dance, or extensive professional choreographic and performance experience. All of our instructors are full-time, and thus completely committed to the art of teaching dance. We believe that the quality of teaching should not differ between toddler-dancers and advanced teens, and therefore most all the TDA instructors teach every age. This ensures continuity and thorough training, right from the beginning.

Situated in San Jose, Santa Clara County in Northern California, The Academy of Cosmetic Arts Professional Makeup Artist School offers a specialized Cosmetic Arts Certificate program. The Jake Carpenter Acting Studio on Santa Monica Boulevard in Westwood in West Los Angeles is an actor training studio offering classes for adults and children from beginner level to working professionals. The studio is headed by renowned-acting coach Jake Carpenter. The Jake Carpenter Acting Studio provides a safe, positive and encouraging space for actors to grow.

At our acting studio, we believe that when actors grow into strong artists, their performances are powerful. These kinds of performances are what the great directors, producers and actors are looking for and they are rare. The goal of the studio is to help you become strong actors and contenders for major roles in film and television projects.

Jake Carpenter began his professional acting career while at UCLA. Jake is one of the stars of the famous movie, ALIVE, which also stars Ethan Hawke and John Malkovich. Jake has acted in projects with Renee Zellweger, Dean Cain and Tim Roth. He has performed for a season on the L.A. Law television series and guest-starred in several other popular television shows. Jake loves teaching acting and has a passion for guiding his fellow actors to grow artistically and professionally.
Acting training classes for both adults and children at all levels from beginner to working professionals:

- Classes focus on doing scenes and monologues from plays and movies.

- Students do their work and then receive constructive and encouraging feedback from Jake.

- Students are encouraged to work at least once, and preferably twice, in each class.

- Classes work on a monthly system.

- Classes take place on Saturdays from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
