The College of International Education (CIE) of Tianjin University of Technology (TUT), in northern China is qualified by the Ministry of Education to teach standard Chinese (Mandarin) to non-native Chinese speakers. Anyone who wishes to study Chinese in China or plans to study Chinese to pass HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) can learn Chinese with us. We offer Chinese language programs at all levels for international students, from complete beginners to Advanced Level.
The language center is at the Tianjin University of Technology,a major university founded by the Tianjin municipal government and approved by the State Council in 1981.
