Le Cours de Français is a French language school in the Pays de Loire area of western France. The school is located just 1.25 hours from Paris by the TGV train. We offer individual French language training and unique all-inclusive programs for weekends, holidays or immersion stays.

With le Cours de Français located in Sablé sur Sarthe, you will enter the Sarthe department in the Pays de Loire area. Resolutely French in its ancient villages, its culinary traditions, its wines and its artist crafts, Sarthe, one of the jewels of the west, cultivates a slightly British air through its link with the Plantagenets, its taste for vintage and sports cars, gardens and golf. From Sablé, discover the other departments belonging to the Pays de Loire area, like Anjou with its vineyards and châteaux, or further provinces like Bretagne and Normandie with the famous Mont Saint Michel.

How to get here:

•By train: with connections to France and Europe, the TGV high-speed railway stations in Le Mans and Sablé-sur-Sarthe help to make Sarthe easily accessible, just 54 minutes from Paris!

•By road: the motorway network (A11 and A81) links Sarthe to Paris, Rennes, Angers and Nantes. With the A28, Tours, Bordeaux, Rouen, Calais and, therefore, England and Spain, are also directly accessible. Paris – Le Mans: 2 hours, London – Le Mans: 7 hours via the Eurotunnel

•By plane: from Paris airports and then by road or train
Five direct TGV high-speed rail links daily between Le Mans and Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport (Paris).
