Located just 100 kilometers from Rome, our cooking classes take place at an historical house in the charming medieval Village of Castro dei Volsci, set on the top of a hill in the heart of Ciociaria in Central Italy. Enjoy an extraordinary cooking experience in a traditional Italian family environment!

The residence is a quiet oasis both day and night, an ideal spot to relax and unwind overlooking mountain tops, valleys and surrounding towns.

The Seven bedrooms of Casa Gregorio have been renovated paying close attention to details in order to provide each of them with its own character. Every room is tastefully decorated with wrought-iron beds and antique furniture.
