Culinary arts management gives students a range of managerial skills to run their own business and also a high level of practical skills to allow the restaurateur or chef to provide a unique culinary experience to their customers.
Academic Course in Culinary Arts:
- Duration: 3 Years

- Entry Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age with successfully completed 12 year secondary education
Masters in Culinary Arts:
- Duration:1 Year
- Intakes: January, April, July, October
- Entry Requirements: Minimum entry age – 21 years with Degree or Significant experience in chosen field
Intensive Course in Culinary Arts:
- Duration: 1 Year
- Intakes: January, April, July, October
- Entry Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age with successfully completed 12 year secondary education
Pizzaiolo Course:
- Duration: 1 Month
- Intakes: September, November, January, March, May, July
- Entry Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age and no academic requirements
Pastry Making Course:
- Pastry Making: 1 Month
- Intakes: September, November, January, March, May, July
- Entry Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age and no academic requirements
Basic Course of Italian Cuisine:
- Duration: 1 month
- Intakes: January, April, July, October
- Entry Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age and no academic requirements
