Located on the outskirts of Ruthin, the county town of Denbighshire in North Wales, Ruthin School is a co-educational day and boarding school for students ages 11+. We are one of the oldest public schools in the United Kingdom, and we welcome students from all over the UK as well as international students from around the world.

We provide a high-quality secondary school education with GCSE and A-level exam preparation. Full boarding is available. Pupils are accommodated in one of three boarding houses and boys and girls are accommodated separately. The accommodation in each house consists of either single or double rooms. If two pupils share a room, we try to ensure that they are from different countries which helps the international student's spoken English.

Ruthin is a small enough school to allow all staff to know all the pupils, whether they teach them or not. Located in York in the north-east of England, Queen Ethelburga's College is a private day & boarding school for boys & girls of all ages, from Kindergarten all the way up to A-level.
