TVI Actors Studio, Manhattan:
Established more than 25 years ago, TVI Actors Studio is a prestigious acting school in New York City that provides a range of acting classes, acting workshops and year-round and summer acting programs for aspiring and professional actors from throughout the U.S. and worldwide. We teach adults, teenagers and children from the age of 7. Our staff of working, professional actors assists aspiring talent of all experience levels. We also offer acting classes with top casting directors, talent agents, and prominent acting coaches - the most complete, practical acting training available anywhere. The TVI Actors Studio is conveniently located in the Actors Equity Building in the center of the NYC Film and Theatre District in Times Square, Manhattan. We also have an acting school in Los Angeles, California.

We established our New York Acting School as a practical studio where aspiring actors could learn from working professionals how to go from where they are to where they want to be. To this day, we remain the only studio that combines acting classes with one-on-one career growth assistance from our staff of professional actors. We always use the latest of modern technology available in today’s Hollywood film and television industry.

We believe that by offering a balance and integration of core foundation techniques, and on camera techniques, as well as providing show business education at an affordable fee, we are giving our students the tools needed in order to cultivate a multi-faceted acting career.

Professional & Experienced Faculty:
The casting directors, agents, directors and producers selected to teach for TVI Actors Studio are working industry professionals from major TV networks, film studios and prestigious talent agencies. Also included are working actors in film, television and Broadway, who are experts in their fields and provide a direct link to the realities of the industry. The high level of professional teaching gives our acting students not only a comprehensive curriculum of acting classes, but also first hand insight and guidance from top theatre, and film professionals.

Student visas are available for international acting students. Hundreds of actors around the world have benefited from student visas issued by TVI Actors Studio that have enabled them to study and perform for some of the top TV/Film/Commercial casting directors, agents and producers in New York.

For every 4 months of full-time study under a student visa at TVI Studios, actors are eligible to apply for 1 month of work within the Acting field. It is called optional practical training (OPT).
