Surrounding the photography school is 10,000 square kilometers of wilderness. Beautiful locations are a landscape photographers paradise. Deep slot canyons, grand vistas, lush rain forest, and soaring escarpments are a stones throw from the photography training centre.

Twister Canyon just above Rocky Creek Canyon on the Newnes Plateau is typical of the local slot canyons in the area. These canyons make stunning photographic subjects for those willing to brave the cold water.
