Boarding Life: College life revolves around student houses, each home to 48 young people, with four students sharing bedrooms as part of the UWC ethos of international understanding. Houses bring people and ideas together. Student houses are home from September to December and January to May. Each student shares a room with three young people of different nationalities in a house with more than 40 others. Students also share study rooms, dayrooms and kitchen facilities. There are currently seven student houses on the campus.

Kent College Preparatory School & Kent College Pembury is a leading independent girls' boarding and day school with a Senior School (ages 11-18) and Prep School (ages 3-11) sharing the same site in Kent, in the south-east of England.
As well as providing an excellent learning environment, Kent College offers a secure and happy home for boarders. In Sixth Form, students can choose from a variety of A-level options.

Situated in Kent, just 35 minutes south-east of London, Rochester Independent College (RIC) is an alternative to conventional secondary education, and provides day programs (ages 11+) and boarding programs (ages 16+) to students from the U.K. and international students. About 65 of the College's 280 students are boarders.
