Prepare yourself for an absolute epic, 1 player RPG adventure quest through a quaint and magical forest filled with bizarre little creatures, brain teasing puzzles, and a bucket load of point-and-click fun combined with awesome graphics! Shapik: The Quest is an eccentric animated story and highly challenging interactive puzzle game for older kids, teens, and grownups where you have to guide charming little Shapik (a cute but strange woodland character with unforgettable eyes and a funny hat) on an epic journey to rescue his missing sister. Solve a series of complex puzzles in each scene (level) with Shapik and his faithful Bee companion (who he must first set free from a spider's web!)
This enchanting mouse clicking RPG adventure requires a lot of patience, determination, a very alert and open mind with good analytical and creative problem solving skills, the ability to "think outside of the box", an inquisitive nature, and a desire for discovery. Be prepared to explore each and every minute detail in order to progress through each brain teasing challenge. How to Play: In each of the increasingly tricky 9 levels, you have to envisage, find and initiate the sequence of actions and events that should happen in each scene, and perform a number of point-and-click tasks in order to progress. You have to first study each scene very carefully, and try to figure out the intricate puzzle.
Shapik moves wherever you guide him using your computer mouse or touchpad. Hover your mouse over where you want him to go, and Left Click when the moving Shoe Icons appear. You can interact with various objects and creatures in each level. When your mouse cursor becomes a Hand, click to interact with that object / creature. Click on these objects to make Shapik swing across ropes, move rocks, talk to passersby, and so much more. At times, the object / creature that you need to click on is out of Shapik’s reach. For these tasks, Shapik’s little Bee buddy's role comes into play. You don’t need to switch between the two characters – once you click on an object that is too high up, the helpful Bee automatically flies toward it, and interacts with the object to trigger a further development in the scene.
The addicting, relaxing background music throughout helps to set an apt mood for discovering the magical world of little Shapik. Enjoy!
