Board Game - Reinarte Checkers
Reinarte Checkers: First, you can customize your playing board, pick the rules you want to play, what colour scheme you want, and the difficulty level. There are some simple checkers rules for those who don't yet know them:
The players take turns moving one of their own pieces. The checkers are usually named 'Man' and 'King'. A 'Man' is an ordinary single checker, which may move one square diagonally and can only move forward (onto an empty square). The 'King', which is what a man becomes if it reaches the last rank, may move back and forward. If a square diagonally in front of a 'Man' is occupied by an opponent's checker, and if the square beyond that checker in the same direction is empty, the 'Man' may jump over the opponent's checker and land on the empty square. The opponent's piece is then removed from the board. If in the course of single or multiple jumps the man reaches the last rank, becoming a king, the turn shifts to the opponent. No further 'continuation' jump is possible. You will see that the rules are not as confusing, as it may seem at first when you will begin to play the game. Good luck!
How to Play: Left click on a checker using your computer mouse (or finger if you are using a mobile device) and click on the square you wish to go to. Eliminate the computer's pieces to win!
