Arrow Keys-Only Game - Jumpless
Cool physics-based puzzle and skill game where you must control multiple characters simultaneously to help a main character to escape the level: Being able to jump powerfully from ledge to ledge is a cornerstone of almost all platform games. However, in the absence of a ‘jumping’ skill, you’d have to be much more canny in your movements, right? Well, let’s put that theory into action! Jumpless is a fun, physics-based platform puzzle game where you have to guide a courageous cube character through the right side of the game screen in each level. The catch is that this cube character can only move from left to right – it cannot jump. Consequently, you need to enlist the help of other cube characters and objects as well as the natural terrain of each level in order to carefully maneuver your little guy to the edge of the game screen – and through to the next challenge.
This innovative online arcade game throws classic gaming conventions overboard, and forces you to think more logically in order to complete each level. You need to display tactful keyboard tapping ability as well as good hand-eye coordination and smart reflexes in order to chaperon your cube to success. Are you ready to take the plunge and relinquish jumping, at least for a short while?
How to Play: In each of the 30 increasingly difficult levels, your objective is to get your smiling cube character through the right hand side wall of the game grid. Use the Left and Right Arrow Keys on your computer keyboard to control your principle cube character. However, there are also secondary (helper) cubes in each level that respond to your movements. Depending on the direction that their eyes are pointing, the other cube characters can move only in this particular direction. For example, if a cube is looking upward, it can only fly upward (when you press the Up Arrow). Likewise, if a secondary cube is looking left or right, it moves to the left or right depending on the Arrow Key that you press. "Simply" guide the principle cube character through the right side of the game screen in order to progress to the next level. Good luck!
