Round Pool / Billiards Table Game - The Pot Clock

Rating: 7.7/10 - 81 votes

A challenging and unusual, billiard-based ball potting game where you must pot balls as quickly as possible on a cool, circular table! The Pot Clock is a stimulating, pool and snooker-style skill game featuring two distinct game modes (Classic and Strange), and with easy to hard playing options. Choose to play against the ‘pot clock’, or with no timer.

Skills / strategy required: Sharp coordination skills and a deft touch are needed at this round table. A good understanding of angles, power, and ball trajectory is also really important - just like billiard and similar table ball games in real life. Trial and error-based practice is also key to your success. Most enthusiasts are familiar with rectangular, straight-cushion pool tables but in The Pot Clock, you must quickly get used to a circular table which moves the balls around in peculiar, unfamiliar ways. When playing in a timed mode, utilize your fast reactions to pot balls as often (and as quickly) as possible.

How to Play: A Flash-based, mouse control skill / aiming and accuracy game for notebook, laptop and desktop PC / Mac (with certain browsers). There are two different game modes: Classic Mode (with normal pool balls), and Strange Mode (with fun-themed balls). Each mode has a choice of three difficulty levels: Free Play (no time limit), Standard Mode (slow clock), and Hard Mode (fast clock).

When play action begins, your cue's movement mimics that of your computer mouse cursor. Left Click to lock the cue into position. You can use the cue to ‘push’ the cue ball around the table, but locking the cue into place makes it much easier to take normal shots.

In timed modes, there is a ‘pot clock’ in the center of the table. If this clock makes a full rotation without you potting a ball within that time, you lose one life (Your number of lives are indicated by the white ball icons in the top right corner of the play area). In Strange Mode, the themed balls are explained in the bottom left corner of the play area. Try to maximize your score by potting as many balls as you can before all of your lives are lost. Watch for Power-ups for additional point scoring.

If this Flash-based game no longer works on IE11 or Chrome browser on your PC / MAC, try playing Firefox browser with Adobe Flash player installed.

  • If the game DOES not FIT the screen (part of the game area is below above the browser) - see the GO FULL SCREEN button just at the right above the game. This should solve it.
  • Make sure that Javascript is Enabled in your device browser.
  • You may only see a blank screen / or no game screen at all if advertisements are in any way restricted on your browser.
  • Make sure that No Ad Blocker is enabled on your browser (Many game developers only income source is through ads, so they don't make the games available if ads are blocked).
  • Even if your Ad Blocking software is disabled, it may cause an issue with loading an HTML5-based game.

  • Some games require you to tap/click on the game screen area when they load in order to start.
  • Playing on a different device or browser (with different settings) can often solve the issue.
  • Games are not available in all jurisdictions outside of the USA.
