Mouse-Only Physics Puzzle Game - Assembler 3
For physics-based game enthusiasts, and those of you who love to engineer a unique way to move stuff around from A to B! Assembler 3 is a straight-forward yet challenging online puzzler and highly interactive game for kids where you have to create pathways, drag and drop and stack blocks, build platforms, and manipulate the position of shapes in order to get a green colored block into a shaded-outline area in each level. You play the role of the clever "never say never Assembler", and in each level, you have to click and drag various wooden shapes around the game screen in order to ensure the green block (normally a square shape but sometimes circular or triangular) fits snugly into an often awkwardly-placed shaded area.
This addicting online mouse-clicking brainteaser requires good hand-eye coordination, logical problem-solving skills, creative engineering know-how, some appreciation for the effects of gravity on structures, strategic planning, and a plenty of trial and error!
How to Play: In each of the 44 stored ‘Base Levels’, your objective is to carefully build a platform in order to successfully position the green colored block into the shaded outline area. To do this, you have to arrange the plain, gray ‘filler’ blocks in such a way that they support your key green block – providing a solid platform that allows your green block to fit nicely into the green outlined area. When the key green block is positioned within the shaded area for a more than a second or two, you progress to the next level.
Using your computer mouse or touchpad, Left Click and drag the shapes around the game screen. While a shape is under your click-and-drag control, you can rotate it, throw it, and generally move it anywhere on the game screen. Once you release the click, the shape follows the law of gravity. In later levels, water is introduced so you have to deal with floating blocks and the adverse effects that the liquid brings. Also in later levels, the key green shape can be circular, triangular, and even rectangular, making control more difficult. The faster you complete a level, the more points you score!
More experienced players and gifted game designers can test their own game creation skills by trying out the tricky ‘Custom Level’ mode! Here, you can create simple or complex levels of your own designs, and then save the code to your desktop for future reference. You can log in from anywhere, paste in this code, and play your own levels for real! This is a great way to show off your engineering and design skills to your friends and family – and to see how quickly they can complete your creative challenge!
