Connection is a challenging online visual puzzle game where you must methodically re-arrange (slide) jumbled tiles on a large grid in order to create a continuous pipeline where electricity flows freely from the start to the end point. Your initial problem is that the various corner pieces and straight pipe tiles are positioned randomly around the huge game grid, making pipe construction tricky and time-consuming! And then, to keep the clock running, you must continue to generate electricity via creating further successful connections!
This addicting maze-like, brain-teaser game provides a good fun exercise and test of your concentration levels, observation skills, quick reactions, and love of problem solving as you attempt to pinpoint the various tiles (square pieces) needed to complete your pipeline, and then slide them into position as quickly as you can. Swapping tiles randomly around at speed is of no use if you don’t have a coherent, logical plan to join up the electricity line. The overall ability to step back momentarily, to review and see the bigger picture, and then react urgently is essential here as it is in many real life situations everyday. How to Play: Survive for as long as possible by replenishing the ‘clock’ / Electricity Bar on the right hand side of the game screen. To do this, you must continuously create pipelines of electricity that connect up the randomly-positioned circular ‘start’ and ‘end’ points. Using your computer mouse or touchpad, left click and drag any connector tile toward an adjacent tile in order to swap positions between the two. Keep swapping tiles around until electricity flows freely between the glowing start and end points (When this happens, all of your connected tiles are eliminated, and the electricity stock is replenished in the bar on the right hand side of the game screen). Each time you design a valid pipeline, new ‘start’ and ‘end’ points appear in random areas around the game grid. When the Electricity Bar falls empty, it’s game over. See how many points you can amass before this happens! Can your friends and family members beat your score?
