Hard Analytical Thinking Puzzle Game - Exorbis

Rating: 6.3/10 - 13 votes

Exorbis is a really challenging, sliding tile-based, visual puzzle game and multi-level brainteaser for older kids, teens and adults where you must slide colored balls onto matching ‘nodes’ in each increasingly-difficult level. Figure out a solution that ensures all colored balls are shifted onto the correct nodes in as few moves as possible.

Reasons to play this tough problem-solving game: Test and exercise your concentration level, analytical thinking skills, creative engineering know-how, prediction skills, determination and problem solving stamina as you attempt to ‘map out’ a process that maneuvers the balls into the correct positions. Brain teaser buffs and fans of tricky movement-based puzzles are in for a treat… But beware, the difficulty level is quite high as you progress!

Strategy to win: In most levels, there is only one viable solution to the puzzle. This means that trial and error is very important here as you exhaust all possibilities you can think of for success. Happy problem solving!

How to Play: A hard, Flash-based, brainteaser puzzle game for notebook, laptop and desktop PC / Mac (with certain browsers). In each of the progressively-difficult levels, your goal is to slide each ball onto a node of a matching color; the nodes are gray-colored objects with the color of the target ball in the center.

To move a ball, click on the blue arrow blocks on the outer edge of the game grid. If you click on an arrow block facing to the right, the ball will move one space to the right, and so on. Each time you click on an Arrow Block, one ‘move’ is added to your score on the right hand side of the play area. Try to complete the levels in as few moves as possible (Try to finish the level within the ‘target’ number of moves indicated on the right hand side of the game screen). Once all balls are positioned on the correct nodes, you automatically progress to the next level.

There are 4 increasingly-challenging ‘sets’ of levels. You must score sufficient points in the ‘Starters’ set in order to unlock the subsequent sets. Enjoy the difficult challenge, and ask a friend or family member to help you if you get stuck. Good teamwork makes a big difference when solving problems.
