STATE SCHOOL PLACEMENT
inlingua Cheltenham has established a close relationship with numerous state schools who are willing to take well educated students from overseas onto their normal courses for students aged 15-17. The schools offer a full curriculum for students who have the language level to cope with year 10 (15 year olds) and year 12 (17 year olds) These are the first years of GCSE and A Level preparation courses - not the exam years of year 11 and year 13.
All accommodation issues are dealt with by inlingua Cheltenham.
Students need to attend a preparation course at inlingua Cheltenham during the summer months of July and August in preparation for the start of school in September.

inlingua Cheltenham has a vast amount of experience in dealing with young adults who are required to achieve an IELTS or Cambridge language level before entering an English public or privateschool for their GCSE or A level study programme.
This course not only allows the student to improve their language level for entry to private or public school, but also to study acadmic subjects and content necessary for the entrance test and for a taste of what is to come when you start school.
Students usually stay for this course for 3-9 months - but obviously the length of time spent here is based on their language level.
