In association with the CIEF, the Résidence Internationale provides accommodation throughout the year for students and teachers who come from all over the world to study at the CIEF or the university.
2) Board and lodging with a family. The CIEF helps students by providing addresses and all necessary practical details
3) Accommodation on the campus. University residence halls are reserved for students enrolled in the July/August programs only

Excursions:

Excursions and visits are organized throughout the year to allow students to discover the region of Burgundy, other regions in France and beyond its borders. The excursions are accompanied by specialists in art and history. Discover the history, art and culture of our beautiful region through visits to world heritage sites (Beaune and its hospital, Fontenay and its abbey, Vézelay and its basilica, the vineyards of the Côte-d’Or). The program of excursions is published at the beginning of each session, of both intensive and semester courses.

Institut Savoisien D'etudes Françaises Pour Etrangers (ISEFE) located in Chambéry, Savoie in the Rhône-Alpes region in the French Alps is a University Institute which specialises in teaching French as a foreign language to adults from non-Francophone countries. ISEFE propose 3 trimesters of 12 weeks each, with 16 or 20 hours per week. Lessons generally take place in the morning. To complement its courses, ISEFE offers many cultural, sporting and recreational activities where French and foreign students can meet.
