Typically taken by high school juniors and seniors, it tests a student’s knowledge of subjects crucial for college success and gauges how a student thinks, solves problems, and communicates.

ACT Tutoring:

GMAT Tutoring:

The GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) exam is a standardized, computer-based assessment that is used by more than 1,500 universities and institutions worldwide as part of the selection criteria for their programs.

Business schools use the test as a criterion for admission into a wide range of graduate management programs, including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Accountancy, and Master of Finance programs.

The test is broken down into three content sections: Analytical Writing Assessment; Quantitative Section; Verbal Section.

Each of the first two sections consists of an analytical writing task; the remaining two sections (Quantitative and Verbal) consist of multiple-choice questions delivered in a computer-adaptive format.

Questions in these sections are dynamically selected as you take the test; the multiple-choice questions will adjust to your ability level, and your test will be unique.

LSAT Tutoring:

The key to getting into law school includes a top score on the LSAT (Law School Admissions Test). The LSAT is a standardized test that is required for admission to all law schools, including most in Canada, that are approved by the American Bar Association.

It is a tricky test that challenges you with logic puzzles and circular arguments that have to be decoded while the clock is ticking down.

However, House of Tutors’ experienced instructors have the insight and expertise to prepare you for every trick of the test.

The test is offered only four times a year, and most law schools require that it be taken by December to qualify for fall admission. However, it is strongly recommended that it be taken earlier, in either June or September.

House of Tutors is unique in offering a personalized prep course for the LSAT. Both our small groups and our one-on-one, individualized courses are designed to move at your speed in order to maximize your results. So, whether you’re a full-time student or have been in the workforce for a while, we will design a program to hone the skills you need for a top score.

GRE Tutoring:
The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General Test is taken by prospective graduate school applicants and measures Verbal Reasoning, Critical Thinking, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing Skills.

GRE test scores are used by a school’s admissions office to supplement undergraduate records and other qualifications for graduate study. House of Tutors is unique in offering a personalized approach to GRE preparation.

You will learn what's on the test, how it's graded, and most importantly, how you can maximize your score. Both our small groups and our one-on-one, individualized courses are optimally paced in order to maximize your results.

In addition, we offer on-line courses that provide additional opportunities for you to be thoroughly prepared for the GRE.
