Quest University Canada Summer Scholars:
Located in Squamish, BC (one hour from Vancouver), Quest University Canada is Canada's first independent, not-for-profit, nonsectarian university of the liberal arts and sciences. Join us for our "Renew Your Quest" summer program for adults from July 7th-12th, 2013. You'll get to experience the intellectual electricity of a Quest seminar, and enjoy the spectacular natural setting of our campus, staying in our condos and eating both on campus and at local stops of interest. We will offer academic courses from 9am to noon each day. In the afternoons and evenings you will be free to explore our beautiful local area or participate in guided hikes, excursions, and optional activities including lectures and discussions of educational philosophy and pedagogy

Quest University Canada is located in the coastal mountain community of Squamish, British Columbia, equidistant from Vancouver (70 km) and Whistler (60km), host cities of the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. The University's 60-acre campus borders on Garibaldi Provincial Park, a protected wilderness area with miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Your child can learn video game programming with the same tools the pros use!In our summer camps, kids and teens can start learning the fundamentals of computer science, and learn the secrets of video game design today. No prior programming experience is required to begin. With a maximum of just 4 students per instructor, kids learn best in our focused classes.
Creating and programming a video game combines the most complete application of creativity, math, physics, communication skills, and problem solving. We teach kids and teens how to use real game industry-standard computer programming software just like the pros. Your child will learn real programming languages like Visual Basic, Java, C# and C++.
In addition to our summer camps, we offer 27-week computer programming courses, with classes meeting once a week, either on weeknights or Saturdays. Each session lasts anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.

Quest University Canada, English Summer Program

Located just 1 hour north of Vancouver, Quest University is Canada's first independent, not-for-profit, secular university. We provide a 2-week / 3.5 week English language immersion program to international high school and college students who want to improve their English language skills. Program fees include tuition and on-campus accommodation.The Quest English Summer Program aims to improve students' level of English. Students will be immersed in an academic journey into the English language, incorporating over 20 hours of class time per week. After class, students will engage in outdoors/didactic activities to complement the knowledge gained in the classroom.
Whether you are a high school or a university student, we invite you to brush up your English in an immersive, hands-on environment.

Located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, ESLplus offers a summer ESL camp for kids. Our Summer English Fun Camp is one of our most attended programs, with kids coming to Canada from all over the world! Upon arrival to Canada, students will take a pre-camp English assessment test and will be assigned to their corresponding language levels. The curriculum follows a weekly theme, with all language lessons working around the assigned theme. New students can join the class beginning any Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday) and finishing on any Friday.
