Small Counselor to Camper Ratio:
Our Ratio is a true 3 to 1. We have around 34 counseling and supervisory staff spending their days working directly with the campers. In addition, there is an RN on site, 15 kitchen and maintenance staff, 4 directors, and an administrative assistant.
