Camp Warwa, Edmonton area:
Located 45 minutes west of Edmonton, Alberta, Camp Warwa provides summer camp programs and outdoor education for kids and teens from Grade 1 - Grade 11. Accredited by the Alberta Camping Association, we are dedicated to offering an exceptional summer camp experience to all our campers, with programs for all ages available every week of the summer.

Summer Camp Programs for Kids & Teens (Grade 1 - Grade 11)

Camp Duration
- Pioneers, Explorers, Voyageurs & Adventurer programs: Camps are from Monday to Saturday.
- Anake: Camps are 12.5 days long, or from Monday to the second Saturday. 
- Counselors-in-Training (CIT): Camps are 19.5 days, or from Monday to the third Saturday. 

Pioneers (for campers starting grades 1-3 in September)
This summer program includes a wide variety of group activities as well as individual choice programs such as crafts, archery, climbing wall, and nature programs. The fun week is topped off with an overnight camp out in the forest treehouse.

Explorers (for campers starting grades 4 or 5 in September)

- Explorer Treehouse: A perfect experience for first time or returning campers alike! This summer program includes a combination of camp-wide activities, an adventurous climb up the Vertical Playground, and individual choice programs such as lake kayaking, archery, climbing wall, and crafts.  This program also features a memorable overnight stay in our awesome treehouse, with supper cooked together around the campfire.

- Explorer Island: Experiencing adventure and providing a sense of accomplishment is the essence of the Explorers program. This program includes the same activities as in the Explorer Treehouse camp, but instead of an overnight stay in the treehouse, campers enjoy an exciting paddle in the huge voyageur canoe out for an overnight stay on the Island.

Voyageurs (for campers starting grade 6 or 7 in September)The Voyageur summer camps features many opportunities for adventure while promoting teamwork and responsibility. Campers get to choose from many exciting programs, including rock climbing, archery, drama, nature & survival skills, and more!

- Voyageur Tipi: Campers who choose this option get to discover how exciting it is to live in a tipi, and will spend each night in one.
- Voyageur Lake Canoe: This option features a two day lake canoe trip, with an overnight stay on the island.
- Voyageur River Canoe: The highlight of the program is the two-day river canoe trip on the North Saskatchewan River.

Adventurers (for campers starting grades 8 or 9 in September)
The Adventurer programs give campers the opportunity to take on exciting challenges including the High Ropes Course and a memorable out trip.

- Adventurer River Canoe: This program features a 3-day river canoe trip on the North Saskatchewan River.
- Adventurer Lake Canoe: The Adventurer Lake program features a lake canoeing trip with an overnight stay on the island. It takes place during the 4 day camp in Session 8.
- Adventurer Hike: This option features a magnificent 3-day hiking trip in the Rocky Mountains. Great for first-time or experienced hikers, this program focuses on safety, skill development and most importantly, fun.
- Adventurer Horseback Riding: This option features a 3-day horse back riding out-trip set in the Rocky Mountains where campers will learn the proper care and responsibilities of their horses.

Anake (for campers starting grades 10 or 11 in September)

- Anake River Canoe: This program features an exciting 3-day river canoeing trip on the North Saskatchewan River. It provides an in-depth focus on skill development and personal challenge set in a wilderness environment.

- Anake Horseback Riding: This program features an exciting 3-day horse back riding out-trip set in the Rocky Mountains. Prior riding experience is not necessary. Campers will learn the proper care and responsibilities of their horses as well as camping skills.

- Anake Hike: The program features an epic 6 day trip hiking in the Rocky Mountains near Abraham Lake. Prior to leaving campers will learn advanced wilderness and camping skills that will prepare them for their trip.

Counselors-in-Training (for campers starting grade 11 in September)
This 3-week program is for those wishing to lead and counsel children at Camp or in the outdoors. You will learn behavior management and counselling techniques, which prepare you to work with children. You will also learn to plan and lead outdoor adventure-based activities, experience out trips and work with a group of campers. On successful completion of the program, you will receive a certification in Wilderness First Aid.

English in Canada - International Summer Camp
Courses / Programs
English in Canada - International Summer Camp is offering an English language summer program with a difference for children / teenagers ages 10 to 17 years. Our summer camp is based at the University of Ottawa, close to downtown Ottawa in the eastern portion of Southern Ontario, Canada, approximately 350 km north-east of Toronto.

Each summer, over the past 30 years, 400 international students have enjoyed a unique learning experience. Summer camp participants will improve their English in a multicultural, fun setting, and will make new friends. Our language instructors, as well as activity instructors are university graduates with appropriate degrees. Our classes are limited to 15 students.

For many young students this will be the first time away from home. "Destination Canada" takes total care of its participants. They will be in a friendly and safe environment with 24-hour supervision and health care. Students will be picked up from and returned to Ottawa Airport. "Destination Canada" will make sure that all return flights are confirmed.
- 3 or 4-week English language summer camp program at the University of Ottawa for children / teenagers ages 10 to 17 years

- 25 hours of formal English instruction weekly, combined with lots of cultural activities and fun

- Formal instruction in the mornings

- Afternoons are more relaxed with language activities, presentations and games

Quest University Canada, Squamish, BC
Courses / Programs
Located in Squamish, BC (one hour from Vancouver), Quest University Canada is Canada's first independent, not-for-profit, nonsectarian university of the liberal arts and sciences. Our Summer Scholars program is a pre-university summer program for exceptional high school students (Grades 10 - 12). The program runs over three weeks and consists of one-week courses on a variety of topics. Students can choose to attend for one, two, or three weeks. The program is available as a residential program or a day camp for local commuters.

Our Summer Scholars program is designed to inspire the next generation of thinkers and leaders. You will experience a week of engaging in an academic course in the mornings, and participating in related social and recreational activities in the afternoons and evenings. You will explore the local area through excursions and hikes, choose workshop projects in media including graphic design, photography, and videography, and have optional activities from bouldering to yoga to ultimate frisbee.

Leaside Baseball Camp, Toronto

Leaside Baseball Camp is located in Talbot Park, off Bayview Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto. We provide an enjoyable and knowledgeable experience for kids and young teenagers in Toronto during the summer, while providing parents with the peace of mind that their kids will have fun at camp and spend time with enthusiastic and personable camp staff dedicated to bringing out the best in every camper. Targeted to the fun loving baseball players of Toronto, Leaside Baseball Camp works on all the fundamentals of baseball.

We are is proud to have a baseball camp for mosquito, peewee and bantam players. Leaside Baseball Camp aims at developing individual players and teams in the Toronto Baseball Association, Leaside Atom Baseball League, and Leaside Minor Softball Association. The camp is for baseball players and teams wanting to learn baseball, and, or increase the intensity of their game.
Leaside Baseball Summer Camp (for children & teenagers):

- Provides baseball fundamentals for the age groups of mosquito, peewee and bantam.

- The camp also trains multiple baseball teams ranging from mosquito select to midget AAA.

Since 1998, International House Vancouver has offered unique, educational, and fun English language (ESL) summer programs for young learners to suit every need, budget and language ability.

In Vancouver, we offer a Children's Adventure Program (CAP) for children ages 5-12, suitable for mother & child or family study.
