The Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, located in Yssingeaux, France, offers French Pastry and Baking Arts classes taught in French or in English. Since 1984, ENSP has been recognized by the top pastry professionals worldwide as France’s leading school in pastry and baking arts.
