Opus Music Education, located in Los Angeles, California, is a unique music school offering private music lessons to students of all ages throughout the Greater Los Angeles & Southern California areas. Lessons are provided either at the student's home or at the teacher's studio. We have teachers that teach in a variety of instruments and styles. Currently we offer lessons in the following instruments: Drums, Guitar, Piano, Violin & Voice. We recommend that students have their own instrument to maximize efficiency in your music learning. If you don't have your own instrument, your teacher can provide a recommendation at your first lesson.
Lessons in your home or at teacher's studios:
Some students prefer a teacher that travels to their homes. Some students prefer to travel to a teacher's studio. They're both okay. Just let us know what best works for you.
Private lessons:
All lessons are conducted on a one-on-one basis. Lessons are individually tailored and customized to each student based on his or her individual needs, goals, and pace of learning.

The Commercial Music Lab is a fully-operational 6-seat music technology instructional computer lab and classroom in the home of the instructor in Perris, Riverside County CA, catering for music students of all levels. This unique music school gives students an opportunity to learn all about audio technology in an fun and practical way. Our relaxed studio-style classroom gives students the ideal practical experience in this exciting and ever-growing field.Classes offered at The Lab include traditional audio & MIDI recording using Pro Tools, Reason, Sibelius software, and several one-day “bootcamp” style courses covering topics such as digital audio and mixing for musicians. The Colburn School is a non-profit independent institution located in downtown Los Angeles, Southern California consisting of two divisions: the Colburn School of Performing Arts (CSPA) and the Conservatory of Music (CCM). The Conservatory of Music is a highly-selective college offering classical instrumental music training at the baccalaureate and post-baccalaureate levels. The Colburn School is a community-based school that provides music, dance and drama training from introductory to advanced levels to students from ages preschool through adult. The Conservatory of Music is predominantly college-age students. As an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Music, we offer a curriculum that includes a rigorous academic program. The school selects unique and gifted musicians and supplies room and board and tuition. Students must audition for admission.
