Enjoy a single day, two to three days or a week long cooking classes (Weekly Culinary Adventure) with our experienced Italian chefs. Our chefs will teach you tasty, authentic and traditional Tuscan Cuisine.

We offer a number of different itineraries to suit participants of all cooking levels, from the novice to the advanced. We have created an intimate setting to provide the ultimate learning environment and our class sizes reflect this.

All cooking classes are hands-on, use the freshest of ingredients and sample the olive oil and wine produced directly on the grounds of the Villa Pandolfini in abundance!


Single Day Courses:
Choose from two different cooking classes - our most popular introductory class and an advanced class for the gourmands whom desire a more intense day of gourmet cooking. You'll receive a copy of our 150 page 'Tuscan Recipe's Cook Book' in both of the classes and in the longer 5 hour class also our signature apron.

Hands-on instruction throughout the day and a wealth of new tips and techniques from our chefs. With great pleasure we recommend some of the finest local vino to accompany the different foods. Taking photos is encouraged, as well as drinking wine and singing along with your favorite Italian opera as we prepare our feast.


2 & 3-day Advanced Courses in Tuscan Cuisine:
This class is dedicated to those who desire a more detailed kitchen experience. Spend two full days learning to prepare specialty dishes from the Tuscany region in Italy.

Learn to distinguish the varieties of breads, cheeses and meats from different areas of this well-known region.

Weekly Culinary Adventure:
This culinary program has been designed for lovers of Tuscany and all that it represents – the charming medieval towns, the centuries old traditions, the people and their culture, the art and of course, the great food and wine!!

We have spent time with our chefs to create a week dedicated to the secrets and traditions of Tuscan cookery and participants will spend many hands on hours perfecting the skills of Tuscan cooking in our original kitchen of the 14th century 'Villa Pandolfini'.

During the week you will have a wonderful 'Introduction to Tuscan Cuisine'. We will discuss the history of the Tuscan diet, typical dishes,Tuscan bread, peasant foods, and how the gastronomy has changed throughout the medieval and renaissance periods up until modern times.


Wine Tasting Class:
 We offer three types of Wine classes - Tuscan Wine, Super Tuscan Wine and Italian Wine DOCG Tasting courses. You don't have to know Italian, French or German, to be able to appreciate wine. Join the class which you like and taste the fine Wines of Italy.


Wine Tours:
Tuscany wine tours offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy some delicious local foods and full-bodied wines, all in the most spectacular setting of the Tuscan countryside.

Based in a mountain retreat in the Apennine mountains between Bologna and Florence, The Culinary Institute of Bologna  (CIBO) offers year-round, private cooking lessons and culinary vacations. Taught by English speaking, professional restaurant chefs, CIBO provides 3 to 7 day cooking experiences that are customized to the skill level of the participant.  Chef Stefano Corvucci will teach you the techniques learned from Pellegrino Artusi, the founder of modern Italian cuisine.

Studio Arrais Jewelry Design school is located in the center of Florence, in the Tuscany region of Italy. We offer jewelry design classes and training courses in computer jewelry design and technical drawing. There are lessons twice a week from Monday to Friday, morning (from 9am to 1pm) or afternoon (from 2 - 6pm). The teacher speaks both Italian and English. The average class size is 4 students.
