Let's Cook in Umbria:
Spend a fabulous cooking holiday in Umbria, close to Tuscany in Italy. We offer one day culinary classes as well as either a fun filled 2 and 4 days or a full week stay at the country farm"la volpe e l'uva" in the heart of Umbria. Learn to cook authentic Italian dishes in an informal and friendly environment where you will learn the passion of the Italian kitchen and have fun doing it. The Umbrian cuisine is incredibly rich and varied, famed for its heady olive oil; the wines are among the best produced in Italy.

Our cooking classes begin at approximately 10.00 a.m. and are generally about 3 - 4 hours long and include the preparation of a multi-course meal, which you enjoy with wine at the end of the lesson.

Cooking Vacation
It is for people that is interested in the accommodation (4 / 7 nights) and in the cooking lessons.

It includes:3 lunches, 3 cooking lessons of approximately 4 hours each, 4/7 nights accommodations and use of all facilities at the farm.

4 Days Wine Tour in central Italy (Umbria and Tuscany)
It includes: 4 breakfasts, 3 cooking lessons of approximately 4 hours each, 3 lunches, 4 nights accommodations and use of all facilities at the farm, 3 half day excursions: 1-Montefalco in Umbria, the land of sagrantino wine, 2 Wine tour in Perugia; 3 Visit to the so-called " way of the wines" in Tuscany: Montalcino, Pienza, and Montepulciano.

4 Days Wine, Truffle and Chocolate
It includes: 4 breakfasts, 3 cooking lessons of approximately 4 hours each, 3 lunches, 4 nights accommodations and use of all facilities at the farm, 3 half day excursions: 1-Montefalco in Umbria, the land of sagrantino wine, 2 Wine tour in Perugia and visit to the chocolate factory; 3 Truffle hunting in Gubbio
