Students enjoy a question/answer & report task in Steve's Upper-Intermediate class. U-Learn's courses are designed to be as communicative as possible. On the walls of the class we can also see student projects that the students prepare throughout their time at U-Learn. Learner-ownership means that the students produce their own language and demonstrate it in class through presentations, projects and other task based activities. As Dublin is an exciting city, it's important to make English language learning as exciting and fun as possible!
U-Learn Language School is situated 5 minutes walking distance from the very centre of Dublin. In this photo we see students engaged in a task about modern art. The International Summer School at National University of Ireland, Galway offers a number of English Language Summer courses General English at Intermediate, Advanced and Proficiency Levels and Business and Executive English. These courses are not designed for beginners. Students must be 18 years or over, and must already have at least elementary standard. Studying in Galway will give students an opportunity to improve their English in the attractive environment of the West of Ireland. Classes will be restricted in size appropriate to intensive English language tuition. The courses are structured to cover grammar, conversation/culture and listening comprehension. Student participation is encouraged through topic-based communicative activities - debates, discussions, role- play, reports and presentation on such topics as modern society; the media, advertising, politics, the arts, etc. On-campus accommodation is available.
