Art and Cooking Classes in France, located in Provence, France, is dedicated to bringing you an attractive approach to learning traditional French gastronomy. We offer to our guests an exclusive Culinary Adventures in Provence program which is specially designed for the food connoisseurs who wish to learn, or improve, the art of Mediterranean cooking and discover the way of life in the South of France. Our other program, Art and Gourmet Adventures, is designed for Art connoisseurs as well as amateurs who also wish to discover the architecture and history of France and capture the essence and flavors of the French regional cuisines.
Culinary Adventures in Provence
By the end of the week you will have learned a whole new way of living and eating. You will go home with your own personalized cookbook including all the recipes you have cooked with Philippe, your own Chef apron and hat, and more... But best of all, you will go home with wonderful memories of a great time in the warm sun of Provence or of la Côte d'Azur.
Art and Gourmet Adventures
On 2001 Philippe decided to share his time between his native country and the USA. Philippe currently teaches (in English) at la Cuisine Française et Provencale and organizes Culinary and Art Adventures in these marvelous areas that French people call "La Cote d'Azur" and "La Provence".
Special Vegetarians:
For a minimum of 4 persons, we can organize a full vegetarian cooking session. Most of the Provencal recipes are vegetarian as vegetables, herbs and fruits are the main ingredients. For you, we will adapt the meat and fish recipes to your diet. For example, a "tofu" Grand Aioli is a wonderful dish that you will never forget.
