Koiné - Italian Language Summer Courses in Rome:
Koiné - Italian Language Centre in Rome provides an Italian language summer school on the beach in Rossano, a beautiful town of Calabria, a region in Southern Italy, south of Naples. We provide transfer from transfer from Lamezia Terme Airport (also in the Calabria region) to Rossano. The summer / vacation program includes 2-weeks of intensive Italian and visits around the historical centre of the Bizantine Rossano, the Corigliano’s castle and the Sibari’s escavation. During this time, you can enjoy popular local feasts, the typical food, the popular music and local good wine.

Italian Summer School “On The Beach”:
The Italian Summer School on the beach consists of:
- Two weeks language vacation in Rossano in Calabria, a region in the south of Italy
- Intensive Italian course (20h), for 2 hours per day from Monday to Friday
- Visits around the historical centre of the Bizantine Rossano, the Corigliano’s castle and the Sibari’s escavation
- One day boat trip and one day to the Aquapark Odissea 2000
- The vacation also includes a coulinary route in Agriturism, a kind of farm, where you can see how local products are made, to make them with the same productors, taste typical food and wine enjoying the calabrese nature
Our Teaching Method:
Our teaching methods aim at developing the student’s communication skills. Students actively practice the four fundamental functions of language: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Although we give particular attention to conversation to let students express themselves in Italian from the very beginning of the course. To engage all learners, teachers use communicative techniques and strategies aimed at involving students and creating a friendly and nice atmosphere that inspires enthusiasm and happyness in the learning process, essencial items to learn a foreign language.

Our Italian language tutors are DITALS educated at University for Foreigners of Siena and members of APIDIS (Italian Teachers for Foreigners Professional Association) with significant teaching experience. Their work is based on the passion and love for their own language and culture. The Florence Art Studio
Courses / Programs
Located in the heart of the historic city center, The Florence Art Studio provides intensive art programs taught in English to international students from around the world. We offer customized courses that aim to teach the fundamentals of drawing and painting from life. Choose to study for 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks or longer.
Our programs can be divided into six discrete and sequential, progressive modules, each of which can be studied from one week to one month or longer. Alternatively, each module can be taken as a stand-alone course.
The majority of our students are adult professionals of all backgrounds and levels - from complete beginner to advanced - who are passionate about Florence, Renaissance, Painting and Drawing.
Students work within a structured environment, under the guidance of an instructor who personally monitors their progress and development for three hours a day, and the remaining time is structured with other activity.

Organic Tuscany Cooking School

• Based in the heart of Tuscany, three miles outside the medieval town of Certaldo, Organic Tuscany Cooking School offers specialized cooking weeks in a magnificent 19th century villa. • Our classes are “from farm to table”: taking the participants to see where the fresh, local, organic food we buy is grown and using it to cook traditional Tuscan and Italian recipes: fresh pastas, hearty soups, tasty salads, the perfect risotto and delectable desserts.
