EduKick Manchester – Football & Education Courses offers academic year-long and half-academic year soccer boarding programs in Manchester, North West England. Available to competitive soccer players (boys and girls) ages 13 years and older, our programs combine high-quality daily football coaching with academic studies.

EduKick's programs are available in the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal, Greece, Mexico, China, Brazil, Israel, Canada and the U.S.

We prepare students for competitive international soccer environments, while gaining a deep appreciation for a new language and culture.


Our Philosophy:
We believe that exposure to a foreign language, culture and international soccer training abroad will accelerate personal growth in young people.

As professionals, soccer fanatics and fathers, EduKick wanted to create a program that maximized the EduKick youth's time abroad; instilling a sense of independence and pride in themselves for having experienced international travel, structured academic or language study, cultural excursions, and daily professional soccer training.

When you register for a course, EduKick will guide you through the process for securing a student visa from your host country. This process can take a few months to complete, and requires a valid passport.

EduKick guides all participating student and their families through the process of enrolling with the affiliated High School or University. If a player has a European Union passport the process for registering is even simpler!

Academic Study Options:
EduKick Manchester students participating in the year-long or half-year programs are taught each morning (Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 1.00pm) at our own private school located in the centre of Manchester. There are four study options available:

- English language classes
- K12 - USA (grade 9-12)
-  IGCSE courses
- BTEC Level 3 Sub Diploma in Sport (performance & exercise)

Our students experience the rich culture and customs of another country, while also learning a new language. The students experience the day-to-day life of their home city, and EduKick also offers periodic cultural excursions, providing a deep cultural immersion experience.

Manchester has one of the country’s largest urban economies and is served by two universities, including the largest single-site university in the UK.


How to get to Manchester:
Manchester is served by Manchester International Airport, with flights to and from a wide range of destinations in Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean.

Travel around Manchester is very easy as it has a very extensive rail, bus and metro network.

EduKick students are accommodated with local host families in Manchester. All EduKick host families are carefully selected and experienced with long term international student care.

All homestay accommodation is located within a few minutes journey of the EduKick England Academy School building which is located in the heart of the city.


Student Supervision:
Student supervision is an important aspect of international student travel, and EduKick provides bilingual directors for each group to assure twenty-four-hour supervision for the participating players.

Staff often accompanies year-long soccer boarding school students for the first week of the program to help them settle in.
