We offer General English as a Foreign Language (EFL) courses, IELTS & UK Settlement Exam preparation, Accent Training, and more.
Beginner to Advanced Level English Language Courses for Adults:
Our short EFL courses are designed to help you build up confidence while travelling, studying, at work or just conversing with English-speaking family and friends.
General English Course
Duration: 1 month (12 hours per week) to 1 year
The sessions cover a range of everyday situations and enable students to improve their English skills in daily life. This course provides students with tasks based around the topics of Social and Travel and Work and Study.
IELTS Exam Preparation
Duration: 1 month (12 hours per week) to 1 year
IELTS, the International English Language Testing System, is designed to assess the language ability of candidates who need to study or work where English is the language of communication. This course covers the four language skills – listening, reading, writing and speaking.
ESOL Skills for Life (Citizenship course)
Duration - 3 days
All applicants for settlement or naturalisation as a British Citizen need to meet the knowledge of language and life requirements by:
- Passing the life in the UK test
- Having a speaking and listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher (knowledge of language and life in the UK)
British Accent Course
Duration: 8 hours (4 consecutive days)
Within this this course you will receive the confidence and language skills to work efficiently within your new English speaking environment. The course is divided into two parts:
The first concentrates on the vocal techniques needed for clear pronunciation, projection, clarity and confidence. The second part takes the speaker through the practical skills using short speech improvisation, prepared presentation, telephoning with potential clients and retaining audience’s full attention.
Aviation English
Duration - 30 hours (recommended 1-3 weeks)
This course is designed for those people with little or no prior knowledge of Aviation, who are intending to seek employment within the Aviation Industry. You may be looking for a career in flight operations, air traffic controller, ground handling, cabin crew or airport administration roles.
