Bachelor of Electrical/Electronic Engineering
This Bachelor programme leads to the international Bachelor degree of Engineering in Electrical / Electronic Engineering. It is a university course conducted in English intended for the professional field of Engineering. Our students are trained to become an all-round engineer in a specific field.
Students specialise in Telecommunications, Mechatronics or Management & Engineering. Considerations in their professional career will be e.g. the environment (energy control, waste), ethics, cooperation between several markets, integration of knowledge and a focus on what the consumers need and want. Problemsolving and innovative behaviour is essential. With this knowledge and these skills students can also work as a manager in a technology environment.
Electrical/Electronic Engineering offers theoretical subjects and laboratory training (applied science) for instance in:

This Bachelor programme leads to the international Bachelor degree in ICT. It is a university course conducted in English intended for the professional field of Information Technology. Our students are trained to become an all-round IT-expert in software engineering.
With the knowledge and skills collected at Fontys University students can work as high-level engineers and managers in the IT sector. In our Bachelor Program you will get a combination of theoretical subjects and practical labatory training for instance in:

During the course you apply your knowledge for 2 semesters in an international oriented company in the Netherlands:

Both Master Programmes start in September and can be taken in full time or in part time mode. Classes are given weekly on monday and thursday (08.45h - 17.00 h); from September until June; The other days are reserved for coursework, self study, etc.
The Master is concluded with a dissertation (30 EC's)
This programme aims to:
- enhance career prospects in the labour market by developing skilled managers who can contribute effectively to organisations with an information systems dimension;
- provide recent graduates, from a variety of disciplines, with a broad range of knowledge and understanding of information systems, the business environment and research techniques.
Teaching methods and assessment
At the start of each module students will receive a booklet giving full details of the aims, learning outcomes, teaching programme, assessment and reading. Each student will be allocated a personal academic dissertation supervisor selected from among the programme teaching staff. The choice will be based on the student's selection of a dissertation topic and the area of specialism of the supervisor. Module tutors will be responsible for tutorial guidance in advance of course work and examinations and for feedback after each assessment. Students will be taught by a combination of methods including lectures, seminars and tutorials. Assessments will be done via coursework, exams and presentations.

The Master of Science leads to an award of Roehampton University. All students registered for awards of Roehampton University are bound by appropriate academic regulations of the University.
