Good 1 & 2 Player Bowling Game Online - Real Bowling

Rating: 8.2/10 - 1070 votes

Ten Pin Bowling fans – it's time to hit the lanes and get rolling some strikes and spares! Real Bowling is a fun and challenging, mouse-control bowling simulation game for 1 and 2 players. Play a classic solo game of 10 pin bowling or play against a friend in as competitive a match-up as you can make it.

Reasons to play this virtual bowling skill game: Whether you like to bowl in real life or just would like a taste of the indoor action, this cool and realistic version should whet your appetite to see some pins fall! In the fun, turn-based 2-player mode, you can challenge a best friend, family member or classmate to see who's the current bowling boss!

Strategy to win: Just as in real-life, mastering the action and precision of bowling can be very tricky – so your focus and concentration skills must be at their peak. A steady hand, deft wrist and solid mouse control are also important for the smooth bowling action required to score strikes and spares at will. Trial and error is most likely necessary here – You might roll a few ‘gutter balls’ at first, but keep practicing and those pins will start falling in greater numbers!

How to Play: A Flash-based, bowling game for notebook, laptop and desktop PC / Mac (with certain browsers). There are 2 game modes to choose from: 1 Player and 2 Player. In 1 Player mode, you play a solo 10-frame bowling game. In 2 Player mode, you compete against a friend in a 1 on 1, 10-frame challenge.

To execute a shot, click on the bowling ball, and hold down the Left Mouse Button. Pull the ball back, then forward in a sweeping motion, and releasing the click to throw and guide the ball toward the pins. If you want to add some left or right hand spin to the shot, curve your mouse movement as you move the ball forward. For more advanced action, you can change the weight and color of your bowling ball by clicking on the blue arrows in the bottom corners of the play area.

Each ‘frame’ of bowling consists of one or two shots. Your goal is to knock down all 10 of the pins in your first attempt (called a ‘Strike’ if successful). If you fail to hit a Strike in your first attempt, you get a second shot. If all 10 pins have been knocked over after 2 shots, this is a ‘Spare’. Each game of bowling consists of 10 frames, with the 10th frame having a maximum of three rolls. You earn points based on the number of pins you knock over. Enjoy!
