Dinosaur Platform Action Game - Dino Meat Hunt 2 Extra
Guide two resourceful dinosaur brothers to the exit in this fun, teamwork-based, escape-the-level action game for 1 or 2 players! Dino Meat Hunt 2 Extra is a stimulating, multi-level platform adventure game where you must use the individual attributes of two brave dino brothers to collect juicy hunks of meat, and eventually rendezvous at the exit cave in each increasingly-challenging level. Featuring jumping tasks, switch-flipping action, and tricky problem-solving exploits, you must also overcome classic platform deterrents such as hard-to-reach ledges, fire pits, arrow-shooting baddies, and more!
Skills required: Strategic teamwork is the key to completing each of the 20 increasingly-difficult levels. You must use the individual attributes of each dinosaur to the team's advantage (For example, Big Dino can quench fires, while Little Dino can raise bridges out of the water holes). Tactful keyboard control skills, good hand-eye coordination, and high levels of focus and concentration are all called into play here. In addition to physical skills, you must also exhibit analytical thinking skills as you try to navigate your way through each level and figure out the best way to maneuver both dinosaurs safely to the exit.
How to Play: A Flash-based, 1 or 2 player puzzle platformer game for notebook, laptop and desktop PC / Mac (with certain browsers). In each of the 20 progressively-challenging levels, your task is to collect all the pieces of succulent red meat, and then position both dinosaurs at the mouth of the Exit Cave in order to progress. There are usually 15 pieces of meat that must be collected before you can exit – your meat collection total is shown at the bottom of the play area.
Little Dino is controlled by the Arrow Keys on your computer keyboard, while Big Dino is controlled by the WASD Keys. Press the K Key to make Little Dino shoot a fireball, and the G Key to make Big Dino fire a sonic boom wave. You can play alone, and control both simultaneously, or enlist the help of a friend or family member to control one dino while you take charge of the other.
Each individual dinosaur has special attributes. Big Dino is unharmed by fire, and automatically quenches flames while standing on them. Little Dino is unaffected by water, and automatically raises a bridge over a water pool when he comes in contact with water. Little Dino can jump quite high, while Big Dino often has to climb on top of his brother in order to be able to reach higher ledges. You often have to flip switches with one dinosaur, allowing the other to move through the level. Keep an eye on your health bars in the bottom left corner of the play area. If one or both of the dinosaurs lose a life, you must re-play the level.
