Block Balancing Game - Old Constructor
Master Block Balancers urgently required: 18 increasingly difficult block-stacking levels available for those who love physics-based, block building / balancing games. Old Constructor is a stimulating Tetris-style construction and balancing game of pencil drawing graphics style, and similar in theme to the Perfect Balance game series. Set against a nostalgic black and white background, you have to create a solid, stable tower structure using a set of differently-shaped blocks in each level. The order of the blocks or the appearance of your structure is entirely up to you. The key thing to remember is that all shapes in each level must be added – no matter what the order or sequence.
This challenging puzzle game requires a basic understanding of the laws of gravity, logical thinking, creative engineering skills (especially as you gauge which shapes would better suit the foundation layers of the structure, and which would be more appropriate for the higher layers and top of your construction). Patience and determination are essential virtues here. Happy tower building!
How to Play: In each level, you begin with one solitary block at the bottom of the play zone. Your job is to add all of the "waiting" blocks at the top of the game screen to create a stable, standing tower structure. Using your computer mouse or touchpad, Left Click on a block shape at the top in order to select and drag it down it. If needed, press the A and D Keys on your computer keyboard to rotate the attached block, and Left Click again to release it onto your structure. Carefully and methodically add the blocks until they are all part of your makeshift tower. As long as the tower remains upright for a second or so, you progress to the next level. However, if a block falls or the tower collapses, you fail the level, and must try again.
