Smiley Face Puzzle Game - Kolobok

Kolobok is a fun and quirky platform puzzle game where you must guide a fearless form-altering sphere (smiley face) that eats various mushrooms in order to gain special powers that help it to complete dangerous obstacle-filled levels. You play the role of Kolobok, a jump-less, rolling, smiley-face character who (after eating specific mushrooms) can transform into a snowball in order to freeze water, a fireball to burn obstacles, a floating-ball to navigate ravines, and more!

Unlike most online platform adventure games where it’s a race to the finish, here, you have to stop and think about every move that you make. Some levels even act as brain-teaser challenges where you have to carefully and tactfully choose when to move, and what mushrooms to eat (in what order). As well as logical thinking and good strategic planning, you also have to be quick with your keyboard tapping at times (Beware - There are spiders, bats, and porcupines out to get you!). How to Play: In each of the 20 progressively-difficult levels, your goal is simply to guide Kolobok to the Exit through the right hand side of the game screen. Use the Left and Right Arrow Keys or the A and D Keys on your computer keyboard to control Kolobok’s movements. When in its normal, yellow form, Kolobok can only roll from left to right. However, to change its powers, it can eat different mushrooms (when directly above the mushroom) by pressing Down Arrow / S Key.

Eating the silver mushroom turns Kolobok into a snowball that can freeze water (but cannot roll up ledges). Eating the red mushroom transforms Kolobok into a fireball that can burn wooden obstacles (but cannot enter water). Eating the blue mushroom turns Kolobok into a constantly-floating ball that can only be stopped once it comes into contact with a ledge or outer wall. In later levels, you must use clever combinations of these mushroom powers to escape. The faster you complete each level, the more points you score. If you come into contact with any of the enemy creatures, you fail the level.
