Collect top hats and escape levels in this very cool 2D retro, run-and-jump arcade game: Obtain Hats For Glory is a fun and addicting multi-level, 8-bit platform game for kids, teens & nostalgic adults where you guide a leaping stick figure around multiple confined levels, collecting cool top hats as you progress. Working for the enigmatic gentleman ‘Chapsworth’, you must leap from ledge to ledge, flip switches, activate moving platforms, collect keys to open doors, and more.

Skills required: Like in many / skill-based puzzle games, good timing is hugely important here as you tactfully jump from one platform to the next – especially in later levels when you must activate moving ledges in sequence. Sharp problem-solving skills, fast reactions and expert keyboard control are also vital. Smart strategy comes into play as you plot your route around the multiple, maze-like levels.

How to Play: A Flash-based, 8-bit platformer action game for notebook, laptop and desktop PC / Mac (with certain browsers). This is a continuous, multi-level challenge where you must move from room to room, collecting top hats as you go. Control your white-colored stick hero using the Arrow Keys or the WASD Keys. Press Spacebar to jump, and the Up Arrow / W Key to activate switches and open doors.

If you fail a level by falling into the abyss, you automatically re-spawn at the beginning of the level. Certain levels can only be completed when you collect a key. Technically, you do not have to collect a top-hat to progress from each level, but gathering hats is pretty much the name of the game after all!
