Hospitality Management Diploma & Degree Programs:
All programs are taught entirely through English. The programs at Les Roches offer a balance of hands-on professional experience and educational theory in a multicultural environment. Les Roches guides students through every aspect of hospitality, from the operational departments to the roles as future managers of the hospitality industry.

Hotel Management Diploma Course – 3 years:
The Hotel Management Diploma prepares students for the Bachelor Degree, providing students with the appropriate operational and supervisory skills, knowledge and attitude. After completion of the Hotel Management Diploma, students may continue for one year to complete the bachelor degree or start their career. 

- 18 weeks of Craft-Based Learning (Service, Culinary Arts, Housekeeping)
- 3 internships for a total of 18 months of professional experience
- General education: foreign language, accounting, information technology

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Hotel Management - 4 years:
This program fully prepares students to enter the hospitality industry with confidence by going deep into hospitality business management competencies.

- 3 year Hotel Management Diploma
- 3 internships for a total of 18 months of professional experience
- Specializations in marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, hotel design and project management, and culinary business management.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Hospitality Management - 3.5 years
This innovative new program is the first and only hospitality degree to offer a truly global educational experience. Students rotate through the Les Roches campuses in China, Spain and Switzerland, gain first-hand experience with international service culture and cuisine, develop cultural and language skills, and gain insight into the global economic and socio-political dynamics of the hospitality and tourism industry.

Master of Business Administation (MBA) Degree Courses:
- MBA In Hospitality Management With Finance - 1 year
- MBA In Hospitality Management With Marketing - 1 year

The MBA aims to develop young professionals into more effective individuals so that they are able to progress to senior managerial positions. Through its industry relevant and academically grounded curriculum, the program will challenge students so that they become “reflective” individuals, empowered to meet the challenges of ambitious and wide-ranging career aspirations. The program consists of 2 taught semesters including a dissertation.

Post Graduate Diploma Courses:
- Post Graduate Diploma in International Hospitality Administration - 1.5 years
- Post Graduate Higher Diploma in International Hospitality Management - 2 years  

These programs are designed for people who already have a bachelor degree (not related to the hospitality industry) who wish to change career and join the exciting world of hospitality. Students will be exposed to operational management and strategic issues that hospitality managers face today in order to prepare them for making the proper decisions.
