Based on Edith Cowan University Mt Lawley Campus in Perth, Western Australia, Edith Cowan College (ECC) offers English Language Courses for people from non-English speaking countries in Australia. A variety of English courses are available to suit all levels from beginner to advanced. Students have access to a wide variety of student services, support and activities with the added advantage of interaction with Australian and International students studying degree courses. Academic English Program:The Academic English Program (AEP) is designed for students who wish to continue their studies in Australia or who are interested in developing academic reading, writing, listening and communication skills. The AEP is offered in 10 week blocks (offered every 5 weeks) with nine fixed start dates per year and is taught on ECU's Mount Lawley campus.
Following successful completion of the required academic English level, students will not be required to take an English test for entry into ECC / ECU (excluding programs where IELTS is compulsory such as Nursing).
