Learn English in Dublin:
Hello and welcome to Learn English in Dublin, your opportunity to learn English in a student-focused, personal, helpful and friendly way. We are located in the centre of Dublin near O´Connell Street, minutes away from the major attractions and shopping areas. Learn English in Dublin was started as a solution to so many students feeling disappointed attending classes with 12 – 20 people at the same time and never getting any attention or a chance to practice their English. Our English school is different. Our maximum class size is 4 so you get personal attention, learn faster and get better value for money. We offer different courses such as General English Courses and Business English Courses, as well as IELTS, Cambridge Exam, TOEIC and TOEFL preparation classes. The school is open all year round. We also give you help and advice by offering accommodation choices such as host families, apartments or youth hostels. While you learn English you can go on tours of Ireland and Dublin.
General English:
General English courses focus on what you would like to improve about your English. At Learn English in Dublin we can work on any of the four main areas of language – speaking, listening, reading and writing. This can be done in many different exercises and activities which are always interesting and fun.
English Courses can be morning, afternoon, or evening Monday to Saturday and from four to twenty hours per week. You can stay for as long as you like and the longer you stay the more economical your classes become. Levels can be from Elementary to Advanced. We will give you a written test (e-mailed if you're applying online) and then a speaking test when you arrive. This is because we believe a written test alone does not always give a clear idea of a persons level of English for their course.
All classes are very small – from one to four people. This means you get personal attention so you can learn faster and get better value for money. All Teachers are native to Dublin with many years experience living and teaching English all over the world. If you have any questions, you can contact us and we will be happy to help. Our online booking form is here if you want to book your Dublin English course.
