Learn Italian in Tuscany @ Il Sasso, Montepulciano:Ideally located in Montepulciano, a beautiful, Renaissance town in Southern Tuscany, approximately 124 km south-east of Florence, and 186 km north of Rome, Il Sasso is a high quality, accredited Italian language school offering a broad range of Italian language classes for all levels, as well as Italian cooking courses. Il Sasso, in collaboration with the restaurant "Le Logge del Vignola", offers creative Tuscan cooking classes. "Le Logge del Vignola" is situated in the historic center of Montepulciano, opposite the school. Here Massimo will prepare typical Tuscan dishes together with you, using fresh local produce.

Courses are available througho
ut the year, every day except Tuesday, and are held in the morning, 9.30 am - 11.30 am. There's a minimum of 2 participants per class. You can choose whether to prepare a full meal or concentrate on a particular type of dish:* Fresh pasta: How to prepare 3 different kinds of fresh traditional pasta (pici, ravioli, tagliatelle)
* Homemade bread: How to prepare 3 kinds of homemade bread (pane in cassetta al formaggio, panina, ciaccia).
* Traditional and modern sauces: How to prepare different, fresh, traditional and new sauces with fresh ingredients.
* Full menu (from starter to dessert): How to prepare a full menu with typical dishes according to the season.
In the afternoon, you can take one of our Italian culture courses, e.g. the wine course, or individual tuition on the history of Italian cuisine at the Sasso (packages of 6 hours of private lessons & packages of 10 hours available).

Established in 1975, Bertrand Russell Italian School offers Italian language courses in Padua, Northern Italy to students from around the world. Padua (called Padova in Italian) is located 40 km west of Venice and it's international airport. Our school is the perfect venue for those who wish to study or improve their Italian. We offer group courses throughout the year at four levels - beginner, intermediate, advanced and superior. Our courses last for four weeks but students can choose to study for longer if they wish.
We also offer individual lessons for students with special time or study requirements, and university admission bridging and foundation courses for foreign students who wish to attend University in Italy and need to pass the admission test.
We have a very straightforward teaching method: our classes are made of small groups of students, with skilled teachers with several years experience in teaching Italian. The teachers are always present in the classroom and they are usually able to create a warm and friendly relationship with their students.
- 4-week Italian courses at 4 study levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced and superior. Lessons are held from Monday to Friday and from 9.00 to 13.00 for a total of 80 hours. Non-beginners may enter a course after the commencement date.
