Stills opened in 1977 as Scotland’s first gallery specialising in contemporary photography. We are situated next to Waverly Station in the vibrant heart of Edinburgh’s Cockburn Street. Since establishment, we have extended our facilities and now provide the best photographic darkrooms and digital production facilities in Scotland.

Stills is a vibrant platform for creativity. Our integrated programmes illuminate the fascinating medium of photography, exploring everything from its technical and aesthetic developments through to the central role it plays in contemporary culture.

The Cheltenham School of Drawing & Painting offers day, evening and weekend courses in Fine Art including drawing, painting watercolour, life drawing and sculpture. We also offer Saturday workshops in life drawing or painting, clay portraiture and etching. Whatever your interest or experience in the arts, we are sure there will be something here for you. Our classes cater to all levels and beginners are very welcome.

In our painting courses you will explore the freedom of creating form through colour. We use both historical and contemporary painting practices and artists to encourage an understanding of each individuals position within the practice of painting. We like to engage artists in drawing as it naturally comes to them: their natural voice. We encourage all drawing students to find their way with the materials and methods we present, so they can tackle projects and ideas outside the school, with confidence in their abilities.

Fashion Antidote is a small independent fashion school and studio based just off Brick Lane in East London. Our emphasis is on teaching fashion related subjects and specialising in courses and workshops on fashion business and how to set up your own company.

The school is located off Brick Lane in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The nearest London Underground Tube Station is Aldgate East Tube on the Hammersmith & City Line between Liverpool Street and Whitechapel, and the District Line between Tower Hill and Whitechapel.

We aim to give students a taste of the real fashion industry. Our studio is also used by fashion designers, pattern cutters, stylists and consultants.
