Travel Sport Camp:
Travel Sport Camp and its affiliate EduKick, host schools and camps in 11 different countries on four continents and continues to grow on a global scale. Travel Sport Camp offers summer sports camps for boys and girls from 11 years old in Perugia, the capital city of the region of Umbria in central Italy.
Italian language & sports summer camps for volleyball and tennis (students choose one). The program combines an intensive and daily Italian language course with a sports training program. All ability levels are welcome and no prior sports or foreign language experience is necessary. All levels of Italian speakers are welcome, from beginner/elementary up to native speaker.
In our summer camps, all sport training sessions, classes and social activities are conducted in the native language to maximize the educational value of the experience. Daily professional sports training and daytime language and/or chosen curriculum taught by highly qualified teachers make up the core of the TSC program. A carefully chosen selection of evening cultural activities, supervised social events and weekend trips to popular tourist attractions and historical destinations rounds out the experience.
Our teaching professionals are the key to our success. All of our staff members, instructors and organizers play a fundamental role in making this Travel Sport Camp program a fantastic experience.
Sport Instruction: Our instructors and coaches create a family and very sociable atmosphere suited to promote and improve technical learning. We are committed to hiring full-time coaches that are experienced, knowledgeable, caring, team-oriented and have a passion to work with young individuals.
Italian Language & Culture: Our language teachers and professors are very competent. The teaching methods they implement are innovative and always maintain a highly motivated enrivonment for our students. Elements of formal language are introduced through understanding and conversation exercises. Particular emphasis is placed on improving the students confidence and communicative abilitiy when speaking and listening.
To make your stay unforgettable, our sport academy also offers social activities and cultural excursions to the most famous and characteristics Italian cities and attractions. In addition to being an important occasion to develop and improve the technical ability of each player, our sports camps are a great opportunity for growth.
We will tour Italian cities such as Perugia, Rome, Siena and Assisi. We'll also experience festivals, the famous Perugina Chocolate Factory, go shopping and explore Italian culture. You will experience a new country, new language and culture. You'll also meet new friends from all over the world.

The trip combines travel, adventure, history and cultural immersion as students spend 6 nights each in Rome, Florence, Athens, and Paris, traveling and exploring alongside our staff of expert instructors, who specialize in European history from Ancient Greece to Renaissance Rome.The Rome leg of the program includes a visit to Pompeii before we continue to Rome - the Eternal City, where you learn about emperors from Augustus to Constantine, with excursions to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Vatican and visits to other relics of their legacies.

Located in central Rome, Lazio region in central-western Italy, the American Overseas School of Rome is a fully accredited pre-kindergarten through 12th grade (ages 3-19) institute of learning. The curriculum is that of U.S. general academic, college-preparatory public or private schools. The School offers both the Advanced Placement and the International Baccalaureate programs. Our faculty focuses on the use of consistent assessment to gauge student understanding and to best focus lessons for student learning. Our music summer course Chianti in Musica has been taken place since 2006 in San Donato in Poggio, a wonderful medieval town between Florence and Siena. The masterclass lasts a week, this year (XIV edition) will be July 20th - 28th. Each year the event comprises instrumental lessons and musical ensemble, musical aperitifs, concerts and recitals.
The instrument courses are aimed at both high school students and middle school students. Some junior children have also participated in the past, accompanied by their parents to San Donato.
The instrument lessons are individual, and therefore modulated on the level of the student. In general, all students are invited to listen to their classmates' lessons as well.
Amateur musicians are welcome and can participate in the activities of the string orchestra. In this case, however, a short video is required (also home-made) to know their instrumental level.
