Established in 1999 by Brian Boyd and Kathreen (Kit) Harrison, Acadia Center for English Immersion enables students to gain new self-confidence in speaking, writing, and understanding English, while enjoying the beauty, serenity, and generous hospitality of a small Maine town. All day and every day you are constantly practicing your English, both in class and out of class, at meals and on excursions.

Our intensive English language courses are offered year-round for adults of all levels from beginner to advanced:
