Huntsman Marine Science Centre, New Brunswick:
The Huntsman Marine Science Centre is located in the historic resort community of St. Andrews by-the-Sea, New Brunswick, Canada. We have been providing insightful, hands-on marine science programs to students of all ages since 1969. We offer, Ocean STEAM™, a program for High School students, ages 15-18, focused on career exploration in the Ocean Economy.

- Small Class Sizes – Each course will have no more than 12 students thereby providing exceptional opportunity to interact with your instructor and make lifelong friends with other teens who share your common interests.

- Immersive Learning – Enjoy a jam-packed week, living and learning on the Huntsman campus, completing hands-on activities within your chosen Ocean S.T.E.A.M.™ specific course.

We have educated more than 75,000 students of all ages at the Huntsman since 1969. Many of these students have travelled from afar – often with their high school classes located throughout the eastern Canadian provinces and US states – to stay within our residences, eat hardy meals prepared by our Hospitality teammates, and learn from our passionate Educators along the shores and on the waters of the Bay of Fundy.

Ocean STEAM™ was designed to provide individual students an opportunity to attend an immersive course of interest with other like-minded students and explore future career pathways in the ocean sector. Ocean STEAM™ courses are delivered by a range of professionals in their specific area of expertise to ensure participating students receive the most up-to-date information from instructors with actual working experience in their field.
