Hellenic American Union:The Hellenic American Union in Thessaloniki & Athens, Greece, is a public-service institution with an international focus and strong community commitment, dedicated to providing opportunities for a diverse range of audiences to encounter and benefit from innovative educational programs and cultural events. The Modern Greek Language Program has been offering courses in Modern Greek to foreign students in Athens since 1957. Since then, every year, more than 800 students from approximately 75 countries join the Program. Among other services, the Program also offers methodology courses for teachers.

Established in 1998 in the Glyfada area of southern Athens, Babel Language Centre provides modern Greek language courses to adult learners from around the world.The courses at Babel Language Centre are designed for both the serious and the casual learner. Our approach to the teaching of language is based on the Communication Method. This means that we place emphasis on spoken Modern Greek.
Our friendly instructors are all fully qualified teachers and native speakers of Greek. They are talented, conscientious and sensitive to learners needs with extensive experience in the teaching of Greek as a foreign language to adults.
Our aim is to consolidate learning and create opportunities for developing fluency, not simply to get through a course book. Prescribed textbooks and workbooks are regularly supplemented by the school's original material distributed in class.

Hydrama Theatre and Arts Centre
Courses / Programs
Hydrama Theatre & Arts Centre offers a two-week intensive Greek theatre course, as well as general theatre and drama summer programs for theatre professionals, actors, teachers, classics or drama students (adults of all ages, 18 years+). Established in 1999, and run by experienced theatre practitioners, Hydrama offers participants a unique opportunity to train, rehearse and perform in a Greek amphitheatre on the beautiful and cosmopolitan island of Hydra (just one hour by sea from Athens).
"Acting to the Gods" is an intensive 2-week summer drama course. A maximum of 12 participants are selected for this course and we welcome a diversity of nationality, age and experience. A Certificate of Participation is awarded on successful completion of the course.
We also offer a range of summer theatre courses, workshops and training for anyone who is interested in setting up a course in Hydra. Courses are individually designed to meet participants’ requirements and combine theory with practice - as well as with leisure and cultural activities.

Anixi Learn Greek is a Greek language school located in Athens, Greece. We offer Modern Greek courses to students of all levels from total beginner to advanced and proficiency. Our courses range in length from a one week intensive course to courses that stretch throughout the whole year. Courses / Programs
Lord Byron Schools of Languages provides year-round modern Greek language courses in our city centre school in Thessaloniki in Central Macedonia in Northern Greece, approximately 515 km (320 miles) north of Athens. We offer special tailor-made courses in Greek for specific purposes, activities and entertainment during the week, excursions and visits on a weekly basis and much more. We also have an international summer school in Gerakini and Ouranoupoli, Chalkidiki in West Macedonia in Northern Greece. From Thessaloniki, Gerakini is 80 km (50 miles) and Ouranoupoli is 140 km (87 miles). Our summer school runs during the holidays with 4 or 5 hours Greek language tuition per day. All our teachers are highly experienced, hold university degrees and are bilingual.
