Cambridge International School is are a very happy, hardworking, private school in Cambridge, a university town in the county of Cambridgeshire, in East Anglia in south east England. Located in the Cherry Hinton suburb of Cambridge, approximately 80 km (50 miles) north of London, we are proud to serve families from Cherry Hinton, Shelford, Grantchester and other communities throughout the Cambridge region.
Cherry Hinton Hall is set in stunning park lands and has large, airy and light classrooms. This is a highly prestigious building known internationally through the Cambridge Folk Festival. It moves us out of the impossibly crowded and stressful bottleneck of Trumpington Road to a peaceful country setting just off the Cambridge Ring Road.
Cherry Hinton Hall We provide a minibus collection and drop off service from central Cambridge. This facility is free of charge for all Cambridge International School pupils.
Children are welcomed at our Early Start facility from 8.15am. A comprehensive programme of after school clubs is held in the School Hall each day.
Our purpose built Science laboratory allows pupils to enjoy conducting a broad range of practical experiments and explorations to reinforce and broaden their scientific studies.
Our modern Art facility allows pupils to enjoy a wide variety of artistic and design disciplines such as pottery, lino cutting, silk painting, sculpture and photography.
The adjacent, marked off sports pitch allows our pupils to continue to take part in a good variety of outdoor sports and a programme of competitive events against the local schools is being organised.
